Pradeep has 18+ years across media, ad operations, performance marketing and technology, including roles at Google, GroupM and REA Group. He has run businesses above US$30 million and media buying above US$50 million a year. His teams have served 150+ active clients across India, the UK, Australia, Malaysia, the US, Cambodia, Indonesia and South Africa. He founded three businesses before the group.
Shashidhar has 16+ years in media, across WPP Media, Google, Omnicom Media Group and FCB, after an early career in software. At WPP Media he led the programmatic practice for every GroupM agency in India. In New Zealand he built and grew a digital team through a time of heavy change. He leads operations and delivery across the group and is the practitioner behind OneView™. He was named in exchange4media's 40under40 in 2024.
