This website is run by Sri Sai Saanvi Group of Companies Pvt Ltd (CIN U74999TG2022PTC168493), the group behind AdNexa.ai and DigiConduit. Our registered office is at 2-19-51, Kalyanpuri Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039, India. In this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sri Sai Saanvi Group of Companies.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you.

• Details you give us in the form on the Contact page: your name, work email, company and your message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as browser type and the pages you open. On this site we use it only to keep the site working.
• Emails you send us.

We do not ask for passwords, card numbers or bank details on this site.

How we use your data

• To reply to your request and route it to the right team.
• To keep a record of what we agreed with you.
• To keep the site safe and working.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your data when you give us consent, when we need it to take steps you asked for before a contract, or when we have a fair business reason that does not override your rights. For example, a fair business reason is keeping our site secure.

• AdNexa.ai and DigiConduit, the two companies in the group, when your request is for one of them.

• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, when we need their help.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Data sent to other countries

Our companies work from India. The group serves clients in several countries, so your data may be handled in a country other than yours. When that happens, we use contracts and safeguards that the law requires to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the contract and the law require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
